Roark was honored to be part of MSU’s FRIB (Facility for Rare Isotope Beams) Industrial Partner visit on 9/24/2020. Guests included;

• Chris Fall – Director , DOE Office of Science
• James Akin – Senior Advisor, DOE Office of Science
• Tom Nowak – FRIB Chief Procurement Officer

After a facility tour, discussions included the future vision of US manufacturing capability to support DOE initiatives. The Roark family and all of our employees have experienced a tremendous sense of pride and accomplishment supporting FRIB with the manufacture of Niobium cavities for particle acceleration.
